an okay stay with some hiccups

outdated key system cold attitude
the location, it was close to everything i needed, so i found that acceptable.
I was disappointed with the old key system. It felt outdated. our room also lacked a charging port, inconvenient. sometimes the staff attitude felt a bit cold, it could definitely be more cute.

Acceptable stay but issues with cleanliness

soiled mugs missing toiletries
The breakfast was acceptable and offered enough choices to start the day.
I was quite frustrated by the condition of some of the amenities. The mugs in the room were soiled, made them unusable. The absence of basic toiletries like a shower cap was also annoying. I expect more from a hotel at this price point.

The room was well equipped and a good size. The staff were very helpful. The location to bytown WAS fantastic.
there were far too many cannabis SHOPS near the hotel. Quite a few homeless people walked past the hotel. The parking mentioned is a public parking garage, not part of the hotel hotel.
